House was great. Lots of room and can accommodate multiple families and groups of friends. Beautiful view of the ski area and only 5 minute drive to town. Kitchen worked great for cooking meals for 20 people. I would definitely recommend this house!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Warrior’s Retreat this past week and we shared many lasting memories there. I am so sorry that it is all over and we are back home where it is 99 degrees here today.

Jan–We had a wonderful 4 days at your home in Breckenridge.We feel very fortunate that we chose your house for our family vacation.We liked that big dining room table that sat 10 + 2 high chairs.The large bedrooms let the children sleep undisturbed at their own schedules for naps and early to bed times.The 3 & 4 year olds played hide and seek endlessly. There were enough dishes and cooking pots and utensils. We watched your downstairs TV and sat in the living room to play a family game.The children gathered pine cones and picked wild flowers.We all had tears in our eyes when we left one another and your house.Thanks for making it such a good time for all of us.

Our family stayed at Warrior Retreat. We numbered 7 adults and 6 children. To say the least, the house was fantastic and provided ample room for all. The master suite is huge and situated so that the patter of excited feet at 6am did not disturb us. The formal living room, with gorgeous mountain views, was frequented by the big people and the den down stairs was perfect for the little ones. The dining area accommodated all of us! After a day of skiing, the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Most appreciated was the Kid Zone. This area allowed the smaller children to room together and discouraged nervousness due to a new location. The ski area is 2 minutes down the mountain- ideal for transporting little skiers. Our 14 yr. old grandson took the free shuttle daily for an early start. This house is everything it is billed to be! We will return and recommend it to all seeking a Breck vacation any season.

Hi Jan,

We want to thank you for welcoming us into your home this past weekend. The house was everything we had hoped for and we filled it with laughter and great memories. We got a quick hike in Saturday morning before the rain came for the rest of the day. At a campsite that may have brought us down, but in your lovely home we were able to play board games (lots of them!), a ping pong tournament, poker, and bake birthday cupcakes to celebrate ten years of being together as a group of families.

Thank you again! Our families are now converts from group camping to living it up in a communal home. We look forward to our annual trip. Do you own other homes as well? Next year we’ll have 7 families (29 people!).

Breckiridge was a great city to visit and the area was spectacular. There was an Oktoberfest going on while we there, it was lot of fun. I’m hoping I can make out again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Baldy Mnt. retreat. The views are tremendous, the house easily accomdated all 11 of us and had everything we needed. Close enough to town and easy access to beautiful hiking and biking. I would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The house was ideal for our family reunion and everyone had a very good time. The view out of the large picture windows in the great room is just indescribable.

I was especially pleased, because as the one who picked out the location, I felt like my decision was on the line. I just wanted everyone to like what I had picked. The pictures on the internet don’t really show how nice it is.

Thank you for allowing me and my friends to stay at your fabulous house over Memorial Day weekend. Not only was it a Holiday it was also my Birthday and having such a cozy place to for all us to stay really made it extra memorable. There was plenty of room for all 16. The views from the windows and deck were breath taking. It was so relaxing in the morning to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee enjoying the view of snow still on the mountains. Thank you again and we definitely recommend your home to all of our friends and us course for our future trips to Breck.

We had a friends reunion at the Timber Creek House, that sleeps 28. We had a mixture of adults and kids, and the house accommodated us perfectly! It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend in Breckenridge, and we were able to spend a lot of quality time together. We had a question during our stay, and our phone call was returned by two separate parties within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this house for a great getaway!

Our stay was so very memorable due to the comfort and great quality this beautiful Mt. Home provided. Jan, the owner was available to talk to right from the beginning. And the snow conditions were perfect! The home is easy to find, yet private. And very accessible to Breckenridge. Thank you for welcoming our group of young adults. “Five Star Value”

Just outside the city of Breckenridge – far enough away from lights to stargaze. Well-appointed large exec home. Way cheaper than 5 or 6 hotel rooms, plus has togetherness and ammenities to save $$$ on food by cooking at home. Perfect view of Mt. Quandry (14er) as well. We had 23 in our group and found it all we hoped: unbeatable.
