This beautifully designed home is located just 5 minutes south of Downtown Breckenridge, right off of Hwy 9 for easy access. Architecturally built for a view of the mountains from every window, you will find quiet serenity yet be close to all the action.
On the main floor is a beautiful great room with fireplace connected to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equiped with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of room for the chef. The deck off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and breathtaking views. At the dining room table 8 people can comfortably enjoy a meal. There are also 3 stools at the snack bar in the kitchen.
The main level also contains a conveniently located powder room.
One level up is the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private deck. The master bathroom is equipped with a shower and jetted bath tub. Also the laundry room is located on this level, equipped with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Up one more level, are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both of these bedrooms contain a queen bed.
On the lower level is the den. There you will be able to enjoy the recreation room with seating area, television, game cube, ping pong table and pool table. This area also contains bunk beds offering 6 twin size beds.
This beautiful home is located on 1.5 acres of land complete with firepit and horseshoe pit.
